I am offering two morning half hour sessions at 8am on Wednesday and Friday.
‘Wake up Wednesday’ and ‘Feel good Friday’. Both suitable for all. Via zoom these sessions are great for hybrid and part time workers, from the comfort of your own home. Yoga is a great way to balance the stresses on the body and mind from desk work and the physical demands of high intensity sport such as running or cycling.
We start with yogic breathing - which is good for calming and stamina followed by a warm up, standing flow, balance and then some stretches.
On Wednesday there will be a bit more emphasis on strength to get you through the rest of the week and on Friday release of tension to get you ready for the weekend
