An hour long session to improve strength and mobility whilst respecting our unique bodies. The perfect time at the end of the day but before the activities of a Saturday night. We will do a breathing exercise, a warm up, some flows and standing poses including a balance with options for all abilities.
This will be followed by some mat work releasing tensions in the body and a five minute savasana or pause at the end of class. The class is usually themed so that there is a focus on a particular part of the body, muscle group or pose.
