Unlock your upper body’s full potential with this Backbend Class! Whether you're looking to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, or enhance performance, this class is perfect for you.
Through guided stretches, active flexibility and mobility drills, you’ll increase range of motion, release any tension, and with a goal to feel more fluid in your movements.
Usually we build up to finishing in stronger positions such as bridge or camel.
You will need props for this class too such as: Yoga Blocks, Resistance Bands small and big, ankle weights (no problem if not though) and a wall space.
Please arrive early/on time as to warm up efficiently and not to disturb the class. No previous experience necessary - all levels very welcomed!
