This handstand class focuses on kicking up with correct technique and working on alignment using wall drills. Experienced people are welcome to kick up freestanding and I will help give feedback and other tips to improve line and balance.
If you are new to handstands and not yet comfortable to kick up then I will give you more wall drills and other floor moves to gain strength and confidence.
Occasionally on Thursdays we have a focus of a particular theme so feel free to message me via Instagram before to check if its right for you @upsidedown_vegan
Please arrive early/on time as to warm up efficiently and not to disturb the class. No previous experience necessary - all levels very welcomed!
