Capoeira is for everyone! It is a different martial art that uses music and dance elements. Helps to improve fitness level, flexibility and reflexes. Traditionally practiced barefoot, but you can use a light sole sneakers (sole shouldn't be black or other color that marks the floor) or "yoga-socks". We also wouldn't recommend loose T-shirts because of the "upside-down" movements. Later on you can buy your our group's official Capoeira trousers and T-shirts. If you have any medical conditions (even temporary like a minor injury) please let us know before your session.
