This is a meditative body/strength/balance class. Taken from ancient karate kata forms in combination with Chi-gung & Tai Hoi, we tone mind and body in harmony using body weight resistance techniques and movement (there is no cardio in this session). Some techniques are on foot, some on the mat.
The practice strengthens and tones your body, but at the same time takes you to a focus of relaxation - and the defining moment is what we call 'Tingaling' at the end of the practice - which will keep you coming back again and again once you experience it.
