Our Barre and Baby classes are specifically designed post-natal workouts to get you back into shape after giving birth - get ready to feel strong and regain a bit of you again!
The Classic class is a dynamic, low impact, whole body barre workout with a focus on strenghtening your core safely with the close guidance of our instructors. Where possible please bring your litte one (pre walking/crawling) in carriers, so you don't miss a single snuggle or beat. Class is 40 Mins to ensure you get a great workout whilst keeping baby content.
