Mindfulness is at the heart of every yoga class I teach. My rigorous training with The British Wheel of Yoga and over 11 years of teaching experience has taught me that every posture and practice can be adapted to suit the individual. Making sure students feel both challenged and completely at ease is very important to me. So wherever you are on your yoga journey, there's a place for you in my class.
