A whole body, low-impact choreographed conditioning class. We focus on a low-weight, high repetition method, using light equipment to isolate muscle groups and really feel the burn! Expect inspiration from disciplines including Pilates, yoga, barre and traditional aerobics, all set to some uplifting, ambient beats. Body Sculpt always ends with a deep, nourishing stretch to centre the soul and set you up for a productive and energised afternoon ahead!
