Total Body Workout Interval Training... what is it? Well, it involves short bursts of activity followed by a short period of rest or recovery, these exercises are performed in short burst rounds. Varied equipment used, Kettle bells, dumbbell's, resistance bands, battle ropes, rowing machines, assault bike, ladders - you name it we use it - this workout is changed weekly to ensure variation into your routine it is very effective and suitable for people at all different fitness levels! A very fun and friendly class.
