Total Body Workout & Box & Burn... what is it? Well, it involves short bursts of activity followed by a short period of rest or recovery, these exercises are performed in short burst rounds. Varied equipment used, Kettle bells, dumbbell's, resistance bands, battle ropes, rowing machines, assault bike, ladders - you name it we use it - this workout is changed weekly to ensure variation into your routine it is very effective and suitable for people at all different fitness levels! Box & Burn - we have a blast on the bag - great satisfaction combining a all over body work out.
Sessions are aimed at all fitness levels. A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. The class combines full body strength training with cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. My classes are very friendly & fun, I like to support & encourage you so you reach your fitness goals. Tuesday & Friday are child friendly bring your little ones with you.
