A 45-minute calming fusion of Breathwork, Restorative Yoga, Meditation & Yoga Nidra
This 45-minute Thursday evening class is an invitation to slow right down, release the weight of the week, and return to a place of calm, balance, and deep rest.
Deep Rest & Restore blends gentle breathwork, supported restorative postures, guided meditation, and extended Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to help soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and encourage profound physical and mental relaxation.There is very little movement — this is a practice of being, not doing.
The 45-minute format is intentionally designed to fit into your evening with ease, offering all the benefits of deep rest without feeling overwhelming or demanding.
Expect a calm, supportive environment where you’ll be guided to rest deeply, soften tension, and leave feeling grounded, spacious, and restored.

What to bring & wear: Please wear warm, comfortable clothing, as the body cools quickly during deep rest.To make the most of this restorative practice, bring your own bolster and blankets if you have them.Yoga mats and blocks are available for up to 12 people (first come, first served).
Suitable for all levels. No prior experience of breathwork, meditation, or Yoga Nidra is needed — simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest.
