WHAT? Join the top boxing studio in Brighton for a 30-minute FREE online class so that you can get your home workout in with TheBox trainers. This workout will be a mix of strength and cardio moves to enhance your boxing technique and get stronger.
Train to improve power, speed and stamina! Resistance based exercises fused with plyometric bodyweight routines, weighted cardio and explosive movements will get you working up a sweat. Perfect for those who love boxing and those who want to become stronger as well as fitter.
WHO? Lucy Pinto, owner of TheBox, will be taking you through your workout! A certified Level 4 personal trainer, Lucy has worked with people from all walks of life – from those taking their first steps into the fitness world, to experienced athletes who want to smash their personal best. What you'll need: A pair of dumbbells or resistance bands. Bodyweight can also be used but the added benefit of weights will help you get the maximum from this 30-minute workout. Enough space to move around and throw some punches! A computer or phone you can link to the class through set up in a place you can see clearly.
The tech bit: We use Zoom for our live classes. Zoom works best via the Zoom desktop or mobile application. We recommend testing the app, your camera and microphone before class to ensure you are set up and can start on time. Once you join the class, your camera and microphone will be turned off. Please keep your mic muted. You are welcome to turn your camera on so your instructor to see you.
