Circuit Smash is a 45 minute class designed to target every part of your body. The class is based around moving between different exercise stations with a little rest in between.
Each class will include a mixture of exercises using bodyweight, TRX suspension straps, battleropes, kettlebells, slam balls and boxing equipment.
All you need to bring is a willingness to work hard and a bottle of water.
Babies in prams and dogs (I have a yellow labrador called Maya) are welcome.
