Do you want to take your fitness to the next level and train like a warrior without having to jump in the ring and fight? Or maybe you want to become the next ultimate fighter
Mixed martial arts uses a wide range of training methods to get you in the best shape of your life.
No two sessions of mma are the same, training includes the following :
Kickboxing, wrestling, Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, Conditioning
Circuit training indoors or outdoors using weights, machines, kettlebells, medicine balls, trx suspension.
Outdoor functional training - tyre flipping, sledge hammers, pulling sleds, plyometrics, battling ropes
Sprints, distance runs and group running
Every session will have a new technique or piece of equipment to try to keep your body and mind guessing and making sure you dont get complacent or hit those fitness plateaus.
Sessions are tough but leave you feeling energised and with a sense of achievement knowing you have completed such a challenging workout.
Although mma is tough, it is suitable for beginners as individuals are encouraged to work at their own pace.
