This practice is designed to help you unlock areas of stagnation, opening areas that have hitherto been explored, stretching connective tissue. Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 5 minutes or more, accessing deeper layers of fascia. Using the breath to explore your edge, allowing time to create space in the area focused on and a sense of freedom and acceptance of where we are at. Adjustments are given to correct alignment and help guide perception of what’s possible.
