Some days there truly is no place like home and this class is designed to lean into that. If you have yoga equipment, blocks, bolsters and blankets, that’s great but equally, this class can be practised with two good blankets and a pillow or two.
This teaching block will focus on creating space, for ourselves and what is important in our lives.
First we consider our physical space and ensure it is set up for our session. We’ll then move through a gentle movement to create space in our bodies and breathwork to clear out the mental clutter. We’ll then settle in for some guided meditation and complete rest, holding space for ourselves, with poses that are supported and are held for longer.
Interruptions are expected and welcome, this is part of the benefit and the challenge of home practice.
