Our 'Sunday Reset' Restorative yoga, based on the Iyengar yoga tradition, is a system that gradually encourages you to open the body while prompting the parasympathetic nervous system to come online and initiate a healing response. Classes consist of only a few postures, well supported by props, and held for longer periods.
