This teaching block will focus on strength and balance. I have been working up a fun and fluid Warrior flow with key poses to challenge and promote a sense of self-reliance, happiness and confidence.
When we’re good and warmed up, we will then work on strengthening exercises, focusing on a different muscle group each week and take time to work on our preferred balances (options provided).
Finally, we rest! To absorb the benefits of all our work and to take time to quieten our minds for a few moments of peace before stepping back into our busy lives.
