Challenge 180 is like a bootcamp, but bigger and better. These bootcamp-style outdoor training sessions will aid you in your fitness and weight loss goals without being shouted at. The sessions include bodyweight, boxing and equipment training.
Monday is body weight day! Body weight class. A workout consisting of body weight exercises including both strength and cardio, using interval training to raise the heart rate and strengthen the body.
Bring old towel/Mac, something don't mind getting dirty and bring water. Also bring a warm jumper or wear layers.
