These classes are mixed adult classes men and women of all ages and ability, from beginner to intermediate and experienced students are welcome.
I teach with inspirational music giving the class an intentional workout and invigorating dynamic flow. The class has a positive energy and I devise many routines so that each session has a fitness feel which is both challenging and fun.
We work on flexibility and strength, making you feel strong and centred as you move through a series of stretches, moves and poses.
You will come away feeling like you've worked your muscles!
PLEASE NOTE: If you're someone who has a spinal injury or fixed vertebrae my classes will not be suitable due to the rhythmic movements in flexion and extension of the spine.
