This is a class specifically for new mummy's and their babies!
For those who are looking for a relaxed yet focused approach to ease them back into structured exercise after birth.
Each class involves a series of movements designed to help you regain and improve posture and strengthen your core.
We will focus on body awareness, stretching and building a strong base of support whilst bonding with your baby.
If you are returning to exercise after giving birth, please check with your doctor first before exercising. The class is ideally suitable 8 weeks after a natural birth or 12 weeks after a caesarean section.
Spaces are limited and anyone buying block sessions and attending regularly will take priority. I will email you a health care questionnaire to check on your suitability for class.
Babies welcome between 8 weeks up to pre walkers.
