Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout lasting 45 minutes. It aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels. My classes generally start with a gentle warm up to get your body moving. There is also the option to use resistance bands and weights if you have access to them, and ,modifications are provided where applicable. The classes are recorded, so you can re-do the class again at your convenience.
