What is a Slow Down Yoga class like?
This online class is your opportunity for an hour of steady practice, with moments of stillness and moments of flow, guided inteligently to allow you to practice at your level from home.
These mindful classes always include: breathwork, strength, mobility, stillness and rest and compassion.
I run two in person yoga flow classes each week, Slow Flow Yoga on a Wednesday and Days End Yoga on a Thursday. The Thursday class is a little more intense and a little more suited to people with some experience. Both classes follow a similar flow that I create each month, before moving on to a new flow. This online class will echo the monthly flow practice, so it’s especially good if you usually come to one of these classes but can’t make one week. r!
Is the class suitable for me? Everyone is welcome but remember you will be practicing at home and will need to listen to your body. If you have any concerns, please contact me.
When do I receive the zoom link? The class is via zoom and I email you the link the day before the class.
Can I make a late booking? Absolutely – and you can even book half hour before the class – I’ll just email you the link. If you book to attend live and can’t come for any reason, I will simply send the recording instead.
How do the recordings work? It’s the same price to buy the class recording as to attend live. I send the link for the recording just after the class in an email to everyone who has asked for the recording only and also to ALL attendees. You can then use that link for at least a month after the class.
Can I purchase previous classes as recordings? Absolutely. They are all available via the button below for purchase so that you can do them at your leisure!
