FitSteps is a dance fitness programme designed by Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe from the BBCs 'Strictly Come Dancing' Show. FitSteps FAB is their new, 'For All Bodies' programme designed to be of a lighter impact. We have combined both programmes to bring you the widest range possible. Using all the dances featured on the main show including Jive, Cha Cha Cha, waltz and Quickstep, together with the Cha Sway, Swing Jive and Bossa Nova, to name just a few, classes are designed to be intermittent in training style so you keep dancing for the whole class, but at different styles, speeds and intensity. Have fun whilst learning some authentic dance steps and patterns, and get fit at the same time!
