This class is a Tai Chi alternative to the usual Yoga, Pilates, Body Balance/Flow, or meditation classes. It's designed for those who want to experience the mental and physical benefits of Tai Chi without an ongoing learning commitment. You'll experience a variety of traditional Tai Chi exercises that are the foundations to learning Tai Chi. The exercises are usually performed slowly and mindfully, but over time they'll develop controlled speed and power too.
