In my class Students can expect a mindful, flowing practice with an emphasis on alignment, breath and precision of movement. Ruth's aim is that students of all levels leave feeling physically challenged but also relaxed, recalibrated and completely confident in their abilities.
Mindfulness is at the heart of every yoga class Ruth teaches and every Thai yoga massage treatment she gives. Ruth’s teacher training is with The British Wheel of Yoga - a 500 hour, level 4 diploma and one of the most comprehensive and rigorous courses available. Ruth continues to be a passionate student of yoga - she loves to learn new skills and feed her inspiration so that her teaching always feels fresh.
