Body Conditioning is an aerobic, muscle toning class which focuses on core strength. This doesn't mean you won't Sweat you won't sweat, I will just be a different kind of sweat!
What can you expect from this class:
In Body Conditioning we be lifting some weights (not to heavy don't worry), High reps low weights so everybody can keep up.
The main focus is on toning, not bulking and working towards the best body shape for you. We will follow a programme that will build over time to get you the best results for you.
