Kettlebell Body Conditioning is an aerobic, muscle toning class which focuses on core strength. This doesn't mean you won't sweat, it will just be a different kind of sweat!
What can you expect from this class:
You will be lifting and swinging kettlebells as well as using some weights (as heavy as you are able), Usually using High reps, with low weights so everybody can keep up.
The main focus is on toning, not bulking and working towards the best body shape for you. We will follow a programme that will build over time to get you the best results for you.
