This class is designed to help those who are receiving from injury or who have not done much exercise and want to start to get fitter and stronger or have not done that much fitness and want to get fitter and stronger. The class is run by Oba who aims to help you work your weaker areas of the body and build you up to full strength.
Oba is a Deep tissue masseuse too as well as a fully qualified PT, so she understands the body well and can help sort issues you may have.
This class is also aimed at those who are perhaps a little older too who would find 1 hour of exercise a bit too much but need to get moving and stretching. It is still challenging and is a fun class for anyone unsure of gyms in general!
