This class is open to all and is a fantastic all over total body work out. The classes will vary from week to week to make them more interesting but will include a mixture of circuits strength training and high intensity training to work the whole body and get the heart beat racing. We will work on a series of set exercises on different stations so that a mixture of muscle groups are worked.
Inside or outside depending on the weather, this is a fantastic class for all levels using a fun mix of exercises.
