Each week something a little different, with touches of power vinyasa and Yin to activate the energy within you as well as relaxation. Strengthening body and mind and bringing our nervous system back into balance and harmony.
We have all the mat, blocks etc here ready for you, but if you could please clean them and put them away at end of class that is most appreciated
Thursday's slot, a little more gentle and followed with a drink and chat in the local pub/cafe afterwards
