Every week in we work out by helping local community projects, and run back all within 90 minutes. Turn up for our weekly group run once a week. New runners are always welcome and we never leave anyone behind.
Meet the group at the area start point, drop your bag and run to a local community organisation. Work hard with the group digging, lifting, scraping and clearing for a good cause. Push yourself on the run back with some intervals or a fitness session. Our qualified trainer will help you stretch and celebrate what we've achieved!
GoodGym start locations have a space to change, leave bags and toilets.
