Designed for Teenagers and Adults (13+) of all ages and Belt Ranks.
These sessions focus on practical application of Techniques and Self Defence methods as well as the development of Strength, Speed, Flexibility and Stamina.
7:00pm – 8:00pm: Teenagers and Adults, ages 12+
8:00pm – 8:30pm: Black Belt Class (For all students Red Belt and Above)
11:00am – 12:00pm: Open to all students
