We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to help grow our partner number across the UK. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone as well as setting up meetings for our local field based Partner Executive team if required.

You must be an excellent communicator and have strong people skills, comfortable presenting our services and product over the phone as well as dealing with questions and push backs that partners can sometimes bring. You will work closely with the Partner Executive team to ensure delivery of city partner acquisition targets.

The overall goal in this role is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Find and contact potential or existing customers to introduce MoveGB and the key benefits of becoming a partner
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
