The workout was competent. BUT there were lots of building works in the hall. The mats were cramped, one of the other instructors walked with shoes on my mat which I cleaned to put my head on. There was no need for it & he wasnt part of the class. Too noisy from works. Should include time in gym, but was only 15 mins.

The instructor is excellent. I attend a class full of regulars and he makes me feel very comfortable and inclusive. Also the gym has good facilities.
