My Bootcamp class has been designed to reduce body fat, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase energy and improve tone and core function. I have taken what I learnt from the years of personal training and group exercise circuit classes and have designed a huge number of great high intensity patterns. Specifically designed for a 45min fat burning outdoor work out.
