Lawrences classes are dynamic, inclusive, practical and relatable. He continues to explore what constitutes a yoga practice by seeking a variety of movement and mindful practices, currently ranging from the Wim Hof Method and free-divers breath to Jiu Jitsu and primitive movement, most of which feature in his regular classes. All of his training has informed him that yoga isn't something that should be categorised, it isn't a shape or a style or something to imitate but a true expression of the self, regardless of the discipline. As a facilitator of yoga my passion is to encourage people to find whatever their own interpretation of yoga is and use it to be the best version of themselves possible. Outside of his regular classes and retreats Lawrence is a trained graphic designer, illustrator and woodworker, he also runs the annual charity fundraiser Humble Warriors in aid of Caring In Bristol, an effective local charity tackling homelessness and supporting our cities most vulnerable people 365 days a year.

I absolutely love it. You can really feel the difference. A really great teacher, very calming and well thought out. I like how he makes it personal at the start in trying to get perspective. Love it!
