HIIT BOUNCE (MINI TRAMPOLINE) If your body can’t handle the high impact anymore BUT you love High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)…… then this class is for you! ~20mins of fun low impact bouncing exercises carefully blended together to help unlock the fat-burning, metabolism-boosting, heart-pounding benefits of High Intensity Interval Training. This time includes a warmup and cool down phase. Each exercise will offer with variants to help make it accessible for all fitness levels.
