This 2.5 hr workshop with Ranta Agni will explore flexibility in a way that is intelligent, well-balanced, and tailored to your body. *How to warm up effectively for more challenging poses using 4 Types of flexibility: active, passive, dynamic, static *How to achieve deep release of tension/resistance using specific breath and movement ques Creative, dynamic yet beautifully relaxing Yoga workshop that skilfully blends active flexibility movement with longer holds in static postures. This session will increase your body awareness and range of movement, enhance ability to feel inner energy body as well as tone and condition all muscles & lubricate joints. At the end of the session will be guided 20 min relaxation /Nidra meditation for body recovery , healing & energy re-charge.
