Expect short bursts of cardio exercises performed at your maximum pace, getting that heart racing and sweat dripping in just a short amount of time! HIIT is an exercise format where you get a lot of bang for your buck – reach incredible fitness levels, release endorphins, improve your bodies weight loss potential and build incredible strength; and all in around 20 mins. But at Brave Move we recognise its not about pushing your body to the limit without respecting it at the same time. You'll be guided to be mindful during your HIIT and to listen to your body, adjusting moves or times to what you feel you need on the day. End with an extra long chill out time to leave your head and body nourished and energised. What you'll need: an exercise mat if you have one, and a clear enough space to jump about in.
