This is as awesome as our regular Mindful HIIT class – revving your cardio, building muscle, releasing endorphins and burning calories in a short amount of time – but with no jumping! Becoming a great way to look after your joints whilst boosting health gains in record time. Instead we work on increasing your intensity by adding weights to your HIIT and giving you full-body, rhythmic exercises to keep your body working hard in short bursts. But at Brave Move we recognise its not about pushing your body to the limit without respecting it at the same time. So along with being low impact, you'll be guided to be mindful during your HIIT and to listen to your body, adjusting moves or times to what you feel you need on the day. End with an extra long chill out time to leave your head and body nourished and energised. What you'll need: Some light home weights (or tin cans/water bottles) if you can, though body weight would be fine too. Plus an exercise mat and an nice clear space.
