Yoga concentrates on posture, strengthening and stretching of the muscles.It will help to increase flexibility and muscle strength.

This class was very enjoyable & relaxing, Dawn is very friendly & helpful.
Really relaxed after the evening session. Dawn is super friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

I enjoy doing this session , a nice way to finish the week. I would also like to do Pilates with Dawn midweek but the times clash with my own commitments. A session late morning/lunchtime would be great.
Fantastic tuition from Dawn. Great to be able to do it like this as I really missed going into the centre. Would love to do her pilates classes but would prefer them in the mornings/ lunchtime if possible.
