Please bring your own yoga mat. Limited spaces on movegb, see studio website for more spaces. This 90 minute class will offer you the space to delve into your body using your breath. We explore pranayama( breath) , chanting, sound work, balance, philosophy and connection on many levels. My passion is energy, human connection with ourselves and each other. I teach from my heart and with a kramic ( step by step ) approach to stay safe. Expect to be able to take a challenge within this class but also to feel free enough to take it easy if needed. All this will be accompanied by a carefully selected playlist by myself. Please ask if you want this. Much love Seanie.

My first class with Seanie and Iām a convert. For sure one of the excellent yoga teachers in Bristol. Balanced,, challenging, restorative, connecting. Beautiful.
A really unique and creative class, a great balance between strong asanas and spiritual connectedness :-)
Seanie is a very experienced teacher whose classes are fun, inspiring, moving, sweaty and take you to a deeper level of practice. She takes time at the begining to create an intentional atmosphere, before moving through a strong flow with options to take it where you want to, ending with sound/ mantra.

Well balanced yoga class; breathwork, chanting, physical practice, as well as resting postures
Seanie's class is great! Love the focus on your own body and taking the practice away with you and implementing what you learn in your daily life
