A new class for mums, babies (AND older siblings.) As a Pilates teacher and post natal fitness specialist, I am passionate about mums coming back to fitness in a safe and nurturing way. I invite you to come exactly as you are and we will work together to restore the core and rebuild strength. I am passionate about creating a welcoming and accessible space for all new mums and if you have any questions or concerns about the class, just drop me a line. You will be encouraged to find YOUR strong and will be supported throughout. The Cafe at St. Ann's is open for coffee and cake after the session so feel free to stick around and have a wee chat with other mums.
