A Flow based class exploring the grounding familiarity of foundational yoga shapes with stillness and movement, both guided and intuitive, connecting to your flow. Get curious and notice how it feels to connect to your yoga. Abundant space for deep rest to soothe the nervous system will close every practice. Suitable for all. A few important things.... Only 6 spaces available so booking is essential. Please also cancel if you are unable to attend to free the space for others. Please bring your OWN yoga mat, or a towel to put over a mat (or enjoy the freedom of a matless practice) If you are feeling unwell, of course please look after you and others and stay at home and rest.
