Fun varied daily workouts. I can only do Mondays, but due to the staggered system Will uses it means every week has been with a different focus. Brilliant!

Fun, focussed and tough! I’ve progressed further in the last few weeks doing this regular session than I have in 2 years, Will is an excellent teacher and I highly recommend his virtual classes 😊
