Legs, Glutes and Abs focuses predominantly on the lower body; using a challenging array of movements to make sure you feel that nice intense burn. You'll walk away feeling stronger, fitter and ready to take on the day. *ONLINE CLASS*
1. Sign up for one of the classes via mindbody, please make sure you have a working email address on your account.
2. Download the zoom app on your phone/tablet/laptop you can even stream to your tv!
3. Find a nice cosy space to practice in, with any props you need for your practise.
4. Sign in closes 15 minutes before the class starts and shortly after we will send you a link and password to access the class giving you plenty of time to set up.
5. Turn your audio on so that you can hear the instructions. (Bottom left of the screen ;))
6. There is an online chat that you can use if you have any questions after the class.
7. The teacher may play music or may share their playlist that you are free to add to your stream via Spotify, or feel free to play your own music.
8. Have a lovely class make sure you are fit and well enough to practise, don’t push through pain and please manage any injuries and issues you have accordingly. If you need more personal attention then please speak to our teachers about 1-1’s or small group classes.
