Getting ready!

In order to improve your experience: 1. PLEASE arrive in good time and with an empty tummy. 2. I will not play music so as to improve your sound quality, therefore feel free to use background music. "chilled yoga" is usually a good search term. 3. Practice in a quiet, clean, harmonious space for you. 4. As I will not be able to see you to correct you it is VITAL that you listen to your body and only practice as much as feels comfortable. 5. If you have any medical issues or think you may be pregnant please refrain from joining this session and seek professional medical advice (online!) About the session: The physical aspect of yoga is known as the Asanas. Whilst performing these physical postures attention is placed on the movement of the breath. The practice of watching the breath is called Pranayama. Practicing Pranayama will keep the body out of the ‘fight or flight’ response, a common byproduct of overworking and stress and will leave you feeling peaceful and calm. Whilst performing the Asanas, the body moves in all directions which helps to maintain optimum functioning of all body systems.

Amanda’s classes are brilliant and I highly recommended them. Perfect mix of relaxation and hard work. Lots of focus on good posture and body maintenance so the classes have a long lasting benefits.
