You will be guided through a dynamic yoga flow class aimed at improving flexibility, fascial patterning, functional movement, core stability, strength and balance. Classes work within normal range of motion and are particularly great if you are interested in improving your quality of movement, maintaining or improving your competitive edge in sports and bulletproofing your body for the future.
