Deriving from the traditional practice of Ashtanga Yoga, this super fun, fast paced yoga method carries the tagline “gets you there faster!" :D Whether you want to get moving, learn the sun salutations, improve your inversions, build up cardio endurance, or find peace within your self... You'll enjoy this lively practice. With a focus on the joints Rocket ensures a strong & stable body you can be proud of & practice with for the rest of your life. Its sequence has lots of strengthening abdominal moves which support your inversion practice, as well as hip openers, backbends and twists to create a well-rounded body and mind. The Rocket sequences leave you with the feeling of being stronger, lighter and more flexible. Some yoga experience may benefit you but you don’t need to be experienced nor have any certain strength - anything you haven’t got yet you will find & learn how to grow! Come find your focus, breath, and also have fun moving in this class.

There are not many dynamic yoga classes available online so I enjoyed this one. Thank you! I gave four out of five because the practice did not match the description 100%: I would recommend this class to intermediate practitioners only.
